DCB Can I use DCB in all domestic diners club lounges?

HDFC provides the supported list of domestic lounges for DCB (plastic or metal) in this link. A list of priority pass-supported lounges can be seen here.

A few diners club supported lounges are not present in the HDFC given list for DCB, for example, Bagdogra and Gwalior. Can we access those lounges with DCB for free, or are they excluded from DCB complimentary lounges, and the HDFC list is final?

There's a diner club tools app where you can see the lounges available and allows you to generate QR as well. If it's available on the app then you can use it. Hdfc list doesn't matter.

Diners has tieup with Priority Pass which enables to access more lounges than on list. Anyhow for Domestic Lounges they will let you know if you card has complimentary access or not when they insert into the POS machine, so nothing to worry.
