It's the 9th day since I visited the branch and card was hotlisted the same day.
I must say that considering they're a govt. bank, their call cs is very useless but their branch staff was too good, that I am still shocked.
Now this week I am going to take out some money from my mom's ppf in sbi, when I went there on my own last month their ppf team employee seemed nice, but let's see if she is able to get us money without any hiccups.
