Canara Bank Aspire Savings Account (Zero Balance for 18 - 28 Years Age group)

What are the charges for non maintenance of the 5k balance after availing course from Coursera.
I received the invite yesterday.
 
Canara website says that 17 is the minimum age required to open aspire account, but that's not true.
I tried to open aspire account for my 17 years old relative via online, but i couldn't complete the application. When i contacted branch, they told me that 18 is the minimum age required. I informed bank about this mistake via customer care, the executive told me that he will report it.

My nearest branch told me that 18 is the minimum age, customer care executive also told the same. The account opening website also mentioned that 18-28 is the age.
Anyway i will contact nodal officer to solve this issue.

Branch do want to any extra tasks or problems to deal with. They will say anything they want to say just to help the customer to reach their home🤣🤣🤣
 
I opened account Canara aspire account on 4 Jan, today I visited branch to take my passbook they said to fill a form and and copy of aadhar pan and two photos. They also said online kyc doesn't matter.
5 days but not a single update about my welcome kit.

Please anyone reply me how much time it will take to deliver canara Rupay millenium Debit card
 
Branch do want to any extra tasks or problems to deal with. They will say anything they want to say just to help the customer to reach their home🤣🤣🤣
Here is the reply recieved from canara grievance cell,
"Minor customers above 17 Years are eligible to open the Canara Aspire accounts and shall be implemented shortly. The same shall be informed to you once Aspire account is enabled for minor customers aged 17 and above."
 
What should I do now Debit card is not generated in app. Customer care is asking me to re apply through app or visit branch for debit card apply.
While account opening it was automatically selected.

It takes time to get generated and visible in app. Date of application or account opening?
 
4th January account opening
Till today while tracking debit card it's showing Debit card not found
Click on apply Debit Card>Track Debit Card>Select bank A/c & Application date from drop down menu

By doing so, atleast you will get to know that DC request is placed or not. If you don't even see aplication number after selecting A/c No. Then, raise the compliant showing that you have opted for DC...

If you atleast able to view application number which means DC is accepted/placed. Now, once try to clear data of the app and then again reinstall the app check the same, whether tracking details are available by following above steps. If still you're not able to view and then you neeed to visit branch to place fresh request for Millennial DC, as much as I know, this DC can't be applied via online channel.

Everything is done but Debit card is not showing in app and I confirmed by customer care that no debit card is linked with my account no.
Now I am fileling the compliant.
