Canara Bank Aspire Savings Account (Zero Balance for 18 - 28 Years Age group)

Likha to kahi nii hai, par unki galti h wrong debit card aaya, to reverse to karna padega na,

Kal mere account me insurance chalu kar diya tha, mai branch ke paas hi tha pahuch gaya bola bina mere authority ke kaise chalu kar diye manager apne paas bulaya 20rs kate, wo bhi reverse kiya insurance close Kiya, apna mobile no diya bola koi dikkat ho to call kar dijiega, mail wagerah mat kijiega,
Wo apna no. nahi diya hoga, branch ka hoga jo BM hi usually receive karta hai

Haan faltu mein mail kyu dalna pehle call karye wo nahi karta hai tab, rakhte wakt bol dijyega nahi huwa toh complaint raise karunga apne aap kardega for other A/cs holder

BM ke pass authority rehta hai to reverse charge, no need to visit again for reversal
 
no no, I got aspire account in the first place but received wrong platnium black dc, now I've received the correct one.
Just call your branch and ask him to do reversal of charges

Cite the day you visited the branch in person for placing the request of correct debit card, earlier wrong card was issued/ delivered for your A/c (Aspire).

When I visited branch, bm said he doesn't have power to reverse annual charges. He was quite adamant. Do canara bms don't have power to reverse debit card charges?

They would have done it silently I had an issue with double debit from my BoM account for APY I complained no action for 3 months raised a RBI BO complaint with Bank Branch and all immediately branch people called me in 45mins and were asking why you raised to RBI BO if you had informed we would have reversed it as the particular branch gets a bad name it seems and senior management tracks how many complaints come for each bank and all. They reversed the double debited charges quickly.

I actually felt sorry for raising a compleint to RBI BO

Where you had complaint previously before raising to RBI BO?

But in his case, none budged until he made a complaint to RBI BO, after making complaint charges got reversed, he should have asked compensation and amount+interest.

Don't feel sorry for their fault, why it wasn't resolved when you raised the complaint internally? If branch wasn't able to co-operate and help, then tag that branch while making complaint, if head office, then tag main registered branch.

Yea he should have done that.

Actually my case the branch is usually very helpful but for some reason forgot about my complaint and when I escalated to nodal no response (I dont know how good BoM nodal is) So raised a RBI BO complaint and immediately the branch called and fixed the issue and apologized to me for the same
