It's my turn now. Cancelled the card today to sent the clear msg. I had nothing to lose (Having Millennia LTF & Cashback FYF).

My Flipkart card is also LTF so it is very useful for me as far as offline spends are concerned as I do not have Axis Ace card.

You can get the refund of your cashback to your bank account after closing the card

Yes, I nearly called at their shift end, I already have ace, even if they would have gave me a 500/- voucher i still wanted to close it, to show my frustration 🙂 serves them right i think

That is a totally different case. You are cancelling your old credit card here. Cooling period applies to a newly approved/rejected Axis credit cards.
