Card Dispatched Again after 1.5 year

I am using pnb rupay card from last 1.5 years and today morning I received another sms that my card is dispatched. I don't want another card

Same for me but I already owned a physical card any reason?? They are sending new card ??

It may be because some data breach or something. In a remote case, this could also be for your old card. Just call customer care and confirm
