CC bill pay via BBPS problem

Is there any fix for this problem?
I am unable to prepay bill using Cc bill payment apps like park+, pockets etc now . Upon bill fetch I'm getting error 'bill already paid' 'no pending bill' etc. & there's no option to prepay. Tried sbi & kotak(both use bbps).

I know that we can still prepay using other sites/apps. But wanted to use park+/pockets for utilising offers.

yeah, prepaying is not possible for bbps billers

Bill generated >paid the bill >now can't pay again due to error.

So is the trick to leave. 10rs unpaid so that it can be fetched later . For example hdfc does not charge anything for outstanding below 100. Will this work or there is some flaw in the logic?

Bill fetched on BBPS does not change until next bill is generated or system mark the bill as paid. As for leaving 10 rupees outstanding you are playing with fire because even 1 rupee less paid than total outstanding gives the bank right to levy interest charge as well as late payment charge on card even with new rbi rules.

What about reporting to credit bureaus if we leave just ₹1 unpaid? Surely the credit score will come down even if no penalties. Or do they not mark it also as late or missed payment ?
