CC on Upi disabled by merchant

So i use to pay a meat shop owner with Kiwi CC (yes bank klick cc) from Kiwi App from past few months..
His qr code MCC is 5411
Now all of a sudden, its showing before payment..
CC on Upi disabled by merchant
i thought since my spends on this merchant qr is high..KIWI might have blocked it..
But i check on my other rupay CC (icici coral rupay).. there also its showing.. CC on Upi disabled by merchant
now i called the shop owner..he said..
Na vai..i didnt do anything like that..why will i..as none buy's meat more than 2000..so i dont have to bear charges..
now is he lying or really due to my spends..cc has been blocked by banks?

RuPay CC UPI accept only on Full kyc merchants.

The money in Credit UPI comes from banks. If a merchant with only basic KYC commits fraud and runs away, how will the banks catch them? That's why full KYC is mandatory for accepting Credit UPI.

Tell merchants to contact their companies to enable RuPay Credit Card UPI and complete full KYC. Banks or UPI QR issuer fintech companies disable the Credit on UPI service until full KYC is completed

point is that shopkeeper is whole seller he earns more than 20k daily..

Share the QR code, we will try to see, either kiwi or Axis has blocked. Or it was merchant or PSP.

Less possibility that it was blocked from the end of bank.

he might not be lying. My brother has a small business and I have enabled gpay for business for him. cc payments doesn't work or that qr. It's disabled by default and I have checked all the settings and there is no option to even enable rupay cc.

I also found acceptance of CC on UPI is quite low, close to negligible on G-pay.

Th Commander's answer is the best answer in your case, if he is not lying then mini-kyc is the culprit as it might have some limit of transactions.

He might've hit that limit and that's why, you are getting a error. You are not blocked from bank, so that's a good sign.

Only CC UPI.

You can continue to accept P2M UPI (Bank acc link UPI).

Otherwise, you will look for other shops.

If later on, somehow it will get turned off there as well then tell him to do KYC.

True. Many small vendors are OK with credit cards now,
Still we see some bigger shops ask for 2% extra or refuse to take payment from cc.

100 gm chicken has approx 36 gm protien.

If you eat 1kg, that comes 360gm per day.

Now unless you are competing in Mr Olympia, you body cant sustain and digest that much protien.

Not to mention the amount of fibers you would need to eat to just make such your digestion works normally.
