CC on Upi disabled by merchant

So i use to pay a meat shop owner with Kiwi CC (yes bank klick cc) from Kiwi App from past few months..
His qr code MCC is 5411
Now all of a sudden, its showing before payment..
CC on Upi disabled by merchant
i thought since my spends on this merchant qr is high..KIWI might have blocked it..
But i check on my other rupay CC (icici coral rupay).. there also its showing.. CC on Upi disabled by merchant
now i called the shop owner..he said..
Na vai..i didnt do anything like that..why will i..as none buy's meat more than 2000..so i dont have to bear charges..
now is he lying or really due to my spends..cc has been blocked by banks?

aha u dnt need packaged food to get any issue..eat tonnes of carbs daily at home..u will get diabetes..eat tonnes of fatty foods..u will get lipid issues..packaged foods just increase the pace..now u also dont asump how my body works with the diet i take..better stick to the point with which i ask the qstn

actually..i was underweight in mid of gym..like 2years before..it was my mistake..was a sucker of abs showing thinker..which led me to under weight,,after starting if hns in nutrition learnt many things in life..now slowly i started lean bulk..and now its lean bulk..and will continue for next 3-4 months..then i will do a slow mini cut and will sustain..as day by day my hns subjects r getting tougher and work hours too

I visited Delhi ncr

Almost 90% payment were done with cc UPI from auto to small shop
Only DMRC didn't accept cc 😂
