No, there's no tier benefits. Even Amex Centurion comes with only ITC Culinaire. There are cards like Axis Reserve, IndusInd Crest etc comes with this membership. Crest has some extra perks.
Adding to that, you can do take a shortcut to Club ITC Gold Tier with Axis Vistara Infinite by "tier matching". For Vistara Gold/Platinum members, you get upgraded to Gold tier of Club ITC

I have Axis Vistara infinite credit card, how to do tier match with ITC ?.. i could not find any link on website. i remember tier matching was there in 2020.. is it still valid now ?

Try mailing ITC cc with the reference of tier match benefits. These aren't advertised, so can't 100% assure you but it was working on 2021 as well. People received invite for it as well who had gold tier CV

i contacted to axis customer care regarding itc culinary membership, they said its only axis reserve credit card.

i contacted to axis customer care regarding itc culinary membership, they said its only axis reserve credit card.

Yes, they said it correctly. Tier matching is different. They were talking about the membership that comes with the card thus Reserve is the only card that comes with this membership
