I am not able to activate my add on card, when I am activating mobile banking it showing debit card not active. When I am registering net banking by any method it showing error wrong kyc details.
When I activating from debit card it showing error. How Can I activate my dc?
CBI atm not nearby.
Any way to activate dc through on call?
I just generated the Green Pin from the mobile app (logged in via the secondary mobile no). I also enabled online txn successfully.

Sharing the entire process,

1. I searched for a Central Bank Branch in the most posh area of my tier 2/3 city.
2. Went to branch and asked them to open the Cent Queen Account.
3. The branch employee started filling out the form. There is no separate code/form for Cent Queen. You have to inform them or just write at the top of the form.
4. Make sure you fill out your Email ID (you can't add it via net banking), and check Mobile Banking, SMS Alerts, Netbanking, and Cheque Book at the end of the form. You will have the section for the Debit card just above these check boxes fill out the primary and joint holder name. Although it doesn't matter because you will have to ask them to apply for joint holder separately, either way just do it in case some branch personnel creates a fuss about it.
5. Now there are two ways the account will be opened
----a) Over the counter: You will have to share OTPs from both Primary and Joint Mobile No for CIF and Account no generation. Your CIF will be generated right there but account no might take a few hours.
----b) They will ask you to go home and later call you to confirm OTPs from both Mobile no. The OTP SMS will mention that you must share the OTP Over the Counter just so you know it's safe to share.
6. Your account no will be generated within 24 hours (USE any UPI app to confirm by adding CBoI account). You will get SMS confirmation for the debit card generation of the Primary holder.
7. Go to the branch and ask them to apply for 2nd debit card for Joint Holder using the Cent Queen Product Code. (There is no number as such as far as I know, It just shows them Cent Queen <something> in the dropdown --- again I could be wrong as I didn't see the whole screen). They might have doubts about it but just ask them to try it once and it will go through
----a) While applying for 2nd Debit card empty your bank account to only contain INR 10-20. This way if the bank personnel makes a mistake they will get an error about insufficient balance. If they choose the Cent Queen Product Code, the debit card application will go through.
----b) While you are there get Internet Banking activated for both CIF IDs (if not done already), get Mobile Banking Branch Token generated for both CIF IDs (you will receive them via SMS), and mention that you check marked Internet banking and mobile banking in the form itself. Some branches do this based on your opening form, some make you visit them it depends.
8. Enjoy.
mummy ko leke jana padega ya ese hi possible hai ?

Those who got cent queen rsdc for 2nd holder.
How to get that ? I mean what to say to the bank guy who will apply for it.
Unse kaho joint account kholna hai cent queen and debit card chahiye second account holder ke liye. Newly joined koi hoga to better hai varna purane log mostly deny kr dete hai.

Bhai no harm in trying once, you don't have to pursue it but try getting two cards at least once, just to corroborate the observation. Banks are mostly not aware of their own systems.
Well good news I tried in a different branch in a good location just 3 kms away from my home. I asked the lady in the branch that I want to open cent queen account for my sister with my father as a joint account and she said hojayega. Then I said I also need debit card for both account holders and she said apply via app for second account fir maine kaha cent queen wala debit card chahiye wo aap hi apply kr sakte ho. She said yes ham krdenge. She was a new joinee so I think that's why she agreed. Yippee :hehe:

one last doubt when bank will apply for the 2nd holder's dc so do they get option to select the dc variant or the product code ?

My mother's account is 5 years old in Central Bank, and currently, she has a RuPay Platinum card.
What do I need to do to upgrade this account?
Should I first transfer ₹25,000 into the account? Then fill out the account opening form?
After that, should I close the RuPay Platinum card?
And should I apply for a Select card again, or will it be issued automatically?
Please help, guys.

You should ask them for a new account.

@dvader explained here @ritwik2000

If anyone upgraded theirs existing account to this variant pls guide me the whole process.
Why even bother trying to upgrade just open a new account better and less 'jhanjhat' . Even if you ask for upgrade they might deny at first but they might upgrade after some talking or Complaint threat or they will just upgrade without any hassle.
