I think SC issue visa infinite LTF card for its banking customers.
SC ultimate is 5k annual fees
HDFC is infinia at 12.5k fees
SBI is aurum 10k fees
ICICI Emeralde 12k fees
Axis Magnus 10k fees
IDFC Select LTF for select customers mostly.
Indusind Indulge LTF but high joining fees.
Citi prestige with 20k fees.

Not sure about debit card options.

yep that too will be a 0 Balance account .
No minimum balance required to maintain , just like ICICI Wealth management account and HDFC Classic . preferred and Imperia
