Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…

When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…

This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

There are many cards in there but no limit is showing just two options know more and get now.

Then you do not have a pre approved offer...

I think you ned to have at least one CC to get this upgrade offer..
Irrespective of it, Please call customer care right now and ask for if any offer exist for LTF CC,

they should provide you either Myzone or Neo LTF as it is now 31 st March ...

Even after having four Axis cards, I convinced Axis customer care to send me the Neo RuPay offer link

I convinced a agent. Every agent is denying to issue 5th card.

He had offers about upgradation to Neo and privilege against myzone, but the myzone was being closed if upgraded to privilege, not Neo.
