Hi Guys and Gals

Call CC and ask them to send NEO Rupay card offer SMS to your mobile..
In this SMS you will find whether you have LTF offer or it is a chargeable offer…

When I called them they could not see any LTF offer for me in their system, but when he sent the SMS I could see that it’s in fact LTF and I gave the consent by giving the OTP on that offer link…

This could be useful for someone to have an axis LTF cc without applying for it

I had 3 cards earlier: Select, Airtel and Flipkart. I called customer care to downgrade Select to Neo RuPay. It was not instant process for me. I had to wait for 2 working days for Neo credit card to reflect in Axis app. Now Neo credit card has replaced Select credit card in Axis app. It has not been delivered yet but I have already activated the credit card through WhatsApp after confirming the LTF status of Neo credit card from customer care. Now all my Axis Select's past statements, unbilled transactions and card's history is reflecting in Neo RuPay credit card. Neo, Airtel and Flipkart credit cards are now showing in my Axis app.

This is the biggest culprit here.

You should have closed select after taking retention offer and should have used my method to get neo rupay ltf..
You should always keep processes independent and clean to get the desired output..

the moment you mix and make the processes depend on each other, outcomes are unpredictable

Old is getting closed in 45 days, for sure. That's why old transactions are there.
