Why can't we raise dispute via the mentioned mail

Because the process has changed.
I raised dispute recently via this mail id only and they resolved it . Because don't have any cibil subscription.
When did you raise the dispute? After how many days your dispute was resolved?

If you raise disputes directly through the CIBIL website, it becomes much easier and requires much less effort. You don't even need to enter all your personal details and other information there. Even for removing inquiries, Iāve never had to put in much effort when using CIBIL directly. Thatās why I always say ā if you need to raise disputes frequently, having a CIBIL subscription is a must.
