CKYC was fetched by Bank of Baroda

Received a message on my mobile today saying:

Dear ABC,
your CKYCRR record bearing reference ABCDEFGH was fetched by BOBCARD LIMITED on 14/10/2024, -CERSAI



What does this mean, I already have a Onecard (Bank of Baroda), using since almost one year, why was this ckyc fecthed today?

Should I raise this anywhere?

Bank periodically check the KYC status with available information. No worry, it will update as and when you apply new cards and fetch automatically. Currently they fetched to enquiry latest information from OneCard.
