In Amex trifecta does the Platinum Travel remains the main card or Gold card remain the main card?
Assuming we convert the 2 as companion card.

I had Gold Card and Platinum Travel (LTF) for last few years. I got my Gold Card upgraded to Platinum Charge card, what other card can I get as companion card (with my Plat Charge)?

time to time they give offer to selected customers. last offer ended on 31st Dec.
they were offering to add MRCC as companion card to Plat Travel card or your Gold charge card.

as far as I know, with plat charge card you can add 4 companions cards. since you are a plat charge card member please ask customer card, they might give special consideration for your request.

@BestBanker Just trying to find a reason how Plat Reserve is going to provide me additonal benefits which is not already being provided by Platinum Charge and Platinum Travel.
Would I still be eligible for 10K Taj Vouchers on 5L Milestone benefits on Plat Reserve even if I am not paying the annual fee? What other unique benefits i may have missed looking?

Platinum charge gets you all the benefits.
Other than 10K voucher for 5L spending reserve has nothing to offer you that Plat charge gives

I got the Platinum Charge card earlier this year and Platinum Travel last month. Called Amex customer care to convert the Platinum Travel a companion to Plat charge. To my surprise the guy didn't know about companion card policy. He connected me to another person who denied converting it to companion card.
I feel Amex customer care is going downhill too.

Unless they offer you, amex is getting picky about companion cards. They said the same to me “subject to approval” for PT or apply reserve ..

Not bothered coz they always reverse my fee on the PT anyway !
