Confused About Tiered Lounge Access on Axis Atlas Credit Card - Discussion

As per the product feature, this is the set-up:



1. I was in Silver and exhausted all my domestic visits. So I had 0/8 domestic and 4/4 international visits available.

2. I just graduated to Gold a few days ago, and the app shows I have 12 domestic visits and 6 international visits available. Should it not be 12 and 10, respectively?

3. Does the calendar for my annual fees and spend threshold begin from when I took the card in August 2024? Or 2 days ago when I hit Gold?

Yep that's why if Axis is showing 12 instead of 4 then it is a glitch from their end

2. I think the lounge access counter resets once you hit a milestone. So you have unlocked 12 domestic lounge accesses on achieving gold milestone. It will again reset in August, after you complete your annual milestone.
3. The calendar will renew based on your card activation (August 2025 in your case).
