My assumption:

Gas = 1000rs. (possible for two months once)
Electricity = 2500rs. - 3500rs.
Internet = 1000rs.
Prepaid = 4x400 = 1600rs. (4 SIMs)
DTH = 1000rs.
Water = 3000rs.

(these are way high bills) = 11K...

I agree individual consumption may vary and increase the price but my assumption is based on personal credit card for personal usage (domestic home purpose) and for 4-6 members.

let us know if single household reaches more than that, infact ignore in those cases, its really devaluation for those bills.
