Credit Card for Payments for Gas Cylinder Booking Back again on Airtel App

I was trying to pay gas bill but now it doesn't show credit card option.
Not even Axis Airtel credit card which I got last month only lol.

Airtel service is good in my area. But now I might opt for 3rd party fibre, DD dish separate, prepaid/postpaid connections.

Fastag, cylinder dono me option nahi hai credit card se pay karne ka.

For every rupay plat dc we've to pay min annual fee of 300(approx) incl gst ,yes there r very few cards offered as LTF

If we take annual fee into consideration the monthly value back reduces from 100 to 75 approx (1200-300)/12
So, Airtel card gives more than this and 25% on Airtel recharges so the AF of 590 can be easily recovered
If we get rupay plat dc as LTF then it completely make sense
I'd say the rupay plat dc is best for txn value upto 500

You can apply for BOB Lite and keep 3k in it. Get the LTF Rupay Platinum Physical debit card with NCMC feature.
You can also apply for Virtual debit card and even that would be LTF Rupay Platinum.
If you can play around a bit then just change branch to rural and you only need to maintain 2k

Any idea if it will be added for cylinder booking? Cylinder booking comes under utility payments right So if they don't add then it's false marketing right?

They are also smart where they can mention except cylinder booking on mitc

Spoke to customer care and as usual, they had no clue about it. Asked me to send them an email with the screenshot. Have done it today, let's see what they reply.

I also connected axis . They don't have any update about the option removal for credit card. Asked me to contact airtel only. Request everyone to send mail with screenshot to Thanksapp.support@airtel.com provided by airtel

Now Airtel axis card is showing in options while booking cylinder in Airtel Thanks app but the cashback is not mentioned. Previously they used to show 10% (Rs 85) cashback while selecting Airtel Axis while booking cylinder refill. It is risky to pay now as Axis may not give cashback. Going with Paytm + Federal Bank for this time as it will atleast fetch 5% cashback.

so I just checked and now it's showing the credit card option, airtel axis as well as option to add credit cards.
Though this time it doesn't show the cashback it will give.

I paid with Airtel axis card let's see what happens next

For last two or three days I am facing the same problem I email the higher authorities of both Airtel and Axis Bank. I just checked on Airtel thanks app now the credit card option is available there you can now make payment through credit card.

I already sent mail to airtel pno,nodal, appellate authority, also thanksapp.support@airtel.com. They might be identified the bug and cleared.
