Credit Card offer is visible in Netbanking but CC got rejected.

My salary get deposited in my hdfc savings account and in netbanking I'm getting offer of Credit Card but when I applied it showed the available cards and I selected one but after submitting the Credit Card got rejected.
Is there any option/way that I can escalate this and get the credit card?
