This is your first level point of contact for any issue you face with regard to your various realtionships
any day to day issues pertaining to any accounts ( say Sb account / credit card account etc) are addressed in this category.
This is also called first level support.. For example: your login problems, address change , Cb not credited, etc..

Next Bank level / Prodcut level emails are for :

This is your second level support ...

These are generally desgined to give you support at high level opinion / solution about various products like Credit cards . loans or something about genral polocies of the Bank, rules of the Bank etc..
