Hi Folks.

For Vistara flight booked through smartbuy using infinia points with same mobile number and email , will i be able to claim CV points through vistara app somehow?

Yes, I think it should work, as vistara would consider it as revenue booking.

Yes, i have received the points, if the booking is in your name and contact number same as in vistara account you will get it. Smartbuy is just a platform where you can use RP and book through travel partners.

You will get also if ur vistara gold silver u will get bonus accordingly. If booking doesn’t automatically reflect in vistara just add pnr in vistara account add seat etc for doubly making sure it’s connected. I do this for all including indigo just to make sure pnr authentic. Sometimes rarely pnr generated but airlines may have technical errors

You add your frequent flyer number at time of web check in irrespective of where ticket is purchased, it gets reflected.

2-3 days mostly, if CV ID was updated on the PNR before or during checkin.
