Its been 7 years since I started using credit cards, now we are in 2024 some banks still takes 2-3 days to send CC bill PDF copy over mail (same for sms).
In other hand HDFC take only 9-11 hrs to send the PDF copy over mail once bill generation date is elapsed (Fastest in my experience). Whats stopping to other banks to expedite the process? OR after bill generation date someone will manually go through all of your spending and adds up by using manual calculator with pen and paper then types in PDF generator, save as PDF then send individual over mail? is this is the case for delay?
Here are some of my CC bill generation delays summary:
1. HDFC - Max 12hrs
2. Axis - 24-72hrs, 1-3 days
3. BOB - 72-96hrs, 3-4 days. min 3 days.
4. ICICI - 24 hrs
5. IDFC - 48 hrs, 2 days
6. Kotak - 72-96hrs, 3-4 days. min 3 days.
