Delhi T3 Rupay Lounge access with Family - Review & Cards used

Visited Rupay lounge in Delhi T3 yesterday with family. We were 3 ppl and were asked to swipe 3 cards. I used below cards, each for Rs 2. They were not checking if the cards matched the traveler's name on boarding pass.

Process was straight forward, lounge is located near gate 41 with good tarmac views and mostly empty. Food was decent as well. There are no washrooms inside and need to use the washrooms in the terminal, they do allow re-entry was using the washroom.

You can get a virtual UPI version with some fee. Helps with the milestones through UPI spends, I believe fee is 199 + GST.

The brand new Rupay lounge looks and offers so much better than the typical old Encalm lounge.

I want it to be my go-to lounge option but the spending limit condition might be a bummer even on the most expensive cards.

Whether or not your Rupay (virtual or physical) credit card offers lounge access, it does not matter in Rupay Exclusive Lounge. It must be a Rupay credit card. That's all.

All types of RuPay credit cards work here. That's the best feature and benefit of this lounge.

Without any spend restrictions, right? Like coral requires 35k spend for usual lounge access, but that won't be required for this lounge, right?

To access RuPay lounges, cardholders must meet certain spending criteria and have a valid RuPay credit card issued in India:

Cardholders are divided into four tiers based on their quarterly spending :

• Tier 1: Cardholders with a quarterly spend of Rs 10,000–50,000 are eligible for two complimentary lounge visits
• Tier 2: Cardholders with a quarterly spend of Rs 50,001–100,000 are eligible for four complimentary lounge visits
• Tier 3: Cardholders with a quarterly spend of Rs 100,001–500,000 are eligible for eight complimentary lounge visits
• Tier 4: Cardholders with a quarterly spend of over Rs 500,001 are eligible for unlimited lounge visits
