You cannot get a better offer than this, Air Asia has one way flight from Delhi to Singapore for Rs. 6800 (via Kuala Lumpur, so you can try to get longer stayover to combine 2 countries)
The flight is available in April and May for a single date near month end, while in July its available on multiple dates (use google flights to check).
Also, apparently you can book from MMT/GoIbibo too and apply coupon to bring the price down to almost Rs. 5800

No check-in luggage. These flights always look good but are almost Impractical for the average flyer

Air Asia always offers such low fares. Because it comes with no checking luggage. Only 7KG Hands Bag is allowed.
