Demat account AMC charges

Bsda eligibility is that you should only have one demat account per depository. Like you have Dhan on CDSL, if it was your first demat account then check your CMR copy it would have BSDA flag as Yes.
Then another is that only upto 4L worth of investment has free amc, for investment between 4L-10L it is 100₹

Now that you have Dhan, you cannot open another bsda account in cdsl. NDSL based broker you can try if you want bsda account.

Apparently
Zerodha has registered with both NSDL and CDSL.
But looks like the services it provides are exclusively on CDSL.

I wonder why and what's their plan too register with NSDL and not to implement any products
