The basement point guy forgot to the reverse the points for refunds done in May so he is adjusting it now. I have matched the reversals and it matches with refund.

For me its not reversed as of now. Only refund amounts ER got reversed

Did get reversed around 1700 ER. But these reversals were pending for long. All are for reversed/refunded transactions.

Looks like axis Bank is collecting points to credit milestone points

both correct and refunds came in May

I also had some 10k points reversed but it was expected. I had ordered iPhone(almost 2-3 months) from flipkart twice but seller cancelled it. I got points for those transaction but it was not reversed. I was expecting at some point it will get reversed, so it was not a surprise.

I am even expecting TravelEdge points being reversed. I had booked a refundable hotel for Visa purpose. Later cancelled it as I got better deals from MMT. So, 1x points were reversed but rest 4x points are still not reversed. I am expecting that it will be reversed in coming days/weeks/months.

Yeah vouchergram was a refund. Money was deducted twice so got refund.
Agoda was also a refund.
I don't remember what that Pay U transaction is tbh. It's probably months old.
BMS and the other international transaction was genuine.

I think BMS transaction is not fetching ER points. Last month I did 2 transaction on BMS and didn't receive ER points. I raised a complaint but there was no resolution provided and since the amount was not huge I didn't follow up much.

I received ER for my BMS for the last two weeks

Hmm, not sure then. I didn't receive and you know hoe pathetic is Axis customer care. Icalled up Burgundy toll free number, they raised a service ticket and after 3-4 days it got resolved stating please visit branch. I didn't have that much energy to go branch for 45-60 ER points.
