No reversal till now for PayZapp & RG 🤞🏻

I used Payzapp this month 10th June to pay mobile bill and got points.

Points are not reversed yesterday. But when I click the know more on points tab and see the list of transactions there is a entry in 22 June for the same with points as 0.

Not sure they will reverse the points in next batch.

Payzapp bill pay should be counted as genuine spend and reversal shouldnt happened

The amounts are wrong and both were emi transactions which I cancelled later. Also OnePlus was 5% using grabdeals.

That's fine as long as actually made the transaction. I never made a 1L wallet load on payzapp. Had made a 9900 transaction for which I didn't even receive any points. Makes no sense to me. Still did not get any reply to my email. Weren't they suppose to respond within a day to HNI card holders?

Sorry, I have no idea about that. I haven't paid rent through redgiraffe.

Payzapp wallet load has a different merchant name and doesn't include NON B(BPS) in it. Did you search for Payzapp keyword in your Axis ER Transaction History PDF??

I checked my transactions excel, I made just 2 transactions in payzapp. One was 9900 wallet load and another 100 with merchant name PAYZAPP BIL which is a Fastag load I did i think.

How did you export the ER transaction history? I don't find any option on app, is it available in web?

I didn't do the following transactions but the points have been deducted. Even the deducted points are incorrect for the first 2 transactions as the deductions should be Rs 288 & Rs 276 as per the transaction amount.
