Did Tata Neu Infinity update its reward structure?

Hi, AFAIK Tata Neu Infinity used to give 1.5% capped at a maximum of 500 NeuCoins per calendar month on any transaction above ₹34. Has this threshold increased? Or am I missing something here?

How did I receive more than 500 NeuCoins in one statement, and why didn't I receive any NeuCoins for UPI transactions ₹2,200 and ₹2,100? All are UPI merchant transactions.

I also have same issue in last 2 statement, some merchant trasaction shown without cashback neucoins in statement, whereas my total neucoins are less than 500?

I do not know why they are not considering them? 2 transactions belong to departmental store in our area, and paid via Paytm UPI.

It simply means if u have premium above 20k, better to buy Amazon pay gift card and pay premium through Amazon Pay

To calculate March month UPI spends rewards -->
Lets say your neu card statement is on 16th.. So Bill generated on Apr 16th. It will have transactions from march second half and April first half.
So to calculate March month Upi rewards , you need to refer last month statement also. which is March 16th statement to get March month first half transactions.
Combine both of them (March first half UPI tranx from March stmt and March second half tranx from Apr stmt) gives March UPI spends for you. 1.5% of that spends will be ur infinity card rewards.. which can be seen in APR statement as UPI NeuCoins.
