When I try to claim 400 rs cashback on milleania Debit card I found also promotional rewards so what is Difference Between Promotional Reward And Cashback Reward and smart buy purchase effect on promotional rewards and if already I use my millennia Debit card to paid credit card bill and get 400 rs and if I spend more on smart buy then this cashback claim on promotional rewards cashback?

My hdfc debit card has 3 categories when i go to redeem cashback in net banking.....
1. debit card promotional cashback,
2. loyalty points- rewards
3. loyalty points money back debit card category.

What is each category and
In which one will smart buy cashback be credited and in how many days.
