Do not pay PNB card using 3rd party

Guys,

If you hold PNB card only without PNB account, and your preference is to pay using 3rd party apps like Mobikwik, Cred or Cheq, Payzapp, Do not use these apps.

PNB system is not able to fetch the UTR reference by whatever mode of payment we do.

They are asking us to do via their net banking or NEFT or any Bank Net banking, or Bill desk to instantly reflect in credit card.

I am facing this issue due to MobiKwik and Cred pay. Yes paid twice and didn't reflect. Its 15 days so far..

For me, it took 5 working days even though i had paid them through mobikwik. So, i will suggest you to wait a little.

Aeron pay is very unreliable app. Sometimes payment settle in minutes and sometimes it takes few days. In some cases payment might get failed, then you have to contact the their support team to get refund. This is the reason I stopped using aeronpay.

Nope. That's why I was thinking of doing via Hdfc Bill pay.

You can directly use mobikwik to pay for your all cc including pnb and you'll get 1% cashback but you may have to wait for 5 working days in case of pnb.

Always check your card number twice or thrice. As pnb system is not as per standard and if you made payment to wrong card, it will be very difficult for you to reverse the same.

I am using it for a while for paying pnb card. Only problem it has is it can takes upto 5 working days which happened to me this time.

I never had any problem when paying PNB Crédit Card RuPay by using Mobikwik or Amazon Pay or Paytm or PayZap or HDFC DEBIT Card.

PNB Cards show the credits only after 2 days or so. Otherwise, there is absolutely NO PROBLEM.

Using HDFC DEBIT card is OK. But not in the HDFC BILL PAY. PNB is not listed in the credit card section of their Bill Pay.

My 2 cents maybe useful to all. I have been holding this card for sometime and have been paying mostly using Cheq app. It typically settles in 4-6 working hours. E.g. if i do in the night between 10-12, I usually get a msg by early morning from PNB of the credit received.

This time as original post in this thread, I did a payment on 9th night by Cheq. They created a UTR number around 3 am that night. PNB system was not able to get the UTR credit for a whole 8 days. First time this has happened. It got credited ( i could see in the app, didnt get an sms) on 17th Aug. Though the posting date shows as 10th Aug.

The fact that their system is not able to consistently pick the UTR is a real concern. 95%+ times it should be not an issue. But there are times like above where money credit acknowledgment doesn't come and neither the 3rd party app nor PNB can help.

Today I tried to pay via Billdesk even that is not working. "Something wrong" error is coming up. Guess I will try tomorrow in "working hours".
