Do not pay PNB card using 3rd party

Guys,

If you hold PNB card only without PNB account, and your preference is to pay using 3rd party apps like Mobikwik, Cred or Cheq, Payzapp, Do not use these apps.

PNB system is not able to fetch the UTR reference by whatever mode of payment we do.

They are asking us to do via their net banking or NEFT or any Bank Net banking, or Bill desk to instantly reflect in credit card.

I am facing this issue due to MobiKwik and Cred pay. Yes paid twice and didn't reflect. Its 15 days so far..

Someone told Cred works good for PNB because of that paid yesterday, but PNB saying it's a non working day, so have to wait till tomorrow, not sure how bill payments works in working day vs non working.. is this kind of manual work?

Their systems (PNB) are not at par with Market leaders in this industry...

This time paid using Bill desk from PNB only, but still after 24hrs not credited yet, something seriously this bank needs a help. My patience is really tested High.

Tomorrow is my due date, wasted so long believing mobikwik payment will work, but not sure what to do now. Since I paid before due date, if it's credited after due date, there wont be any problem right

Yes it reflect in the statement on the date you paid not on the date it credited and you paid through billdesk or mobikwik

Guys, my last date for PNB cc bill was on 5 June, i paid through paytm on the eve of 5 June itself, but it has not been creditted so far as on 8rth June noon. I went to help section of Paytm to investigate the issue, but they are replying through their chat boat that wait for 4 hours and we are still waiting for bank confirmation from pnb of the receipt of the amount. As per paytm it should have been reflected max 48 hours time, but it is more than 60 hours, is it something serious i should be worried? will i be charged late fee for this delay? the amount is 15k

Do immediately pay via pnb Bill desk, Paytm also failed for me. For PNB only bill desk works, that too if u pay today, next day evening only credited
