Does Amazon Pay ICICI card provide 2% cashback on Amazon Pay Wallet load?

I want to achieve this.

Amazon Pay ICICI credit card -> Amazon Pay Wallet -> Pay rent using Amazon Pay UPI.

I'm aware about 2.36% wallet loading fees. But does it provide 2% cashback?

Is my plan it feasible?

Okay I just checked it and many users reported that they get 1% only.
But can I pay rent through Amazon Pay Wallet UPI?

Yes it provides 2% cashback for prime members. I received 20 reward points for 1000 yesterday. For non prime members 1%. Monthly limit is 50k for 2% reward points.

Now I'm confused.
I'm a Prime member. Even it's 1% I can take the risk as I will be getting 2.5% cashback when I pay CC bill through debit card.

But is it safe to pay rent using Apay Wallet UPI?

I have been a prime member for years. Still am. Until last month, it provided me 2% reward rate. Only this month, it changed for me. For some others (as mentioned in my profile post), it changed last month itself. Probably, it is being implemented (slowly) in stages. So, the change may not have reached your account, yet. It will eventually applied to yours in the coming months.

It comes under utility category? If true, Then we can't add more than 50k without attracting additional 1% charge.

I don't know... Sometimes using my millennia cc for purchase , I get this mcc.. still I get 5% cb.. so I cant comment much... Try 50100.. and watch unbilled transactions is my only suggestion
