Did you get any answers at least?yeah Axis will make a service request each and every time you are contacted by or contact anybody from customer care. Even if you just ask a simple question like whether you will get 2 edge miles or 1 on Atlas they will create a service request and if two questions like these asked, then two service requests lol. Last month I got 5-6 Service request mails because I asked a couple of questions about Atlas
Yes, they do ...A few days ago they called me to inform about offers on my new card. And they advertised some health insurance too. I declined it. After the call I got a message that an SR was created and it was closed today. Why? I have absolutely no idea.
this is 100% correct ..they will raise another interaction id and close it immediately and ask for the feedbackThey'll probably create another one without any real answer
