My transaction failed last month, still no refund. I have raised a complaint regarding the same to the RBI BO. Still no refund
Raise a complaint with the source bank first. They will help with filing chargeback

Yes i did and waited for 15 days no chargeback from source bank, I was helpless and did a complaint to RBI BO. Hope this transaction gets settled.

Yea after 2 months and escalating my complaint to RBIO got my refund with compensation of 3k. I am never going to use unipay again, canara setu is much more reliable.

I used my sbi dc on sbi unipay. Complaint raised to sbi customer care for chargeback, after 30 days escalated to RBIO, Got compensation from sbi bank.
