DreamFolks Lounge Access through QR Code

I am not able add following card with error that card is not supported:
1. Hdfc millina visa credit
2. Hdfc platinum debit visa card
3. Au platinum debit cards

I successfully added following cards
1. Au vetta visa
2. Icici coral rupay

Tried both by checking and unchanging save card option.
1) lounge access only unlocked on 1 lac spends.
2)&3) debit cards are not supported for digital access.
Accepts only a few debit cards, like all IDFC Bank debit cards.

I am not able to get the OTP for Dreamfolks login. OTP works on my mo's number. have tried multiple times.
Anyone else has faced this issue?

Used Dreamfolks which I got with Sapphiro LTF at Bangkok Airport at Miracle First Class Lounge via QR. It was an amazing lounge and hassle free experience.
Which miracle lounge is good to check out at Bangkok (BKK) airport? There are multiple miracle lounges.

Update: Works for ICICI Rupay Platinum Debit card too. It has access for lounges which some of CCs don't cover. @Abhishek012

Exactly! And easy if you want to share the access with someone! 👌
This access sharing will work for global lounges ? I have 2 global lounges per year on sapphiro. Want to generate QR and share that with accompanying guest where I can use PP for myself. Is there any name matching when using the QR from DF web access

IDFC CC now has spend based complimentary access. I do not fulfill the spend criteria, yet in dreamfolks website it shows 1 of 1 access remaining. Could I rely on what dreamfolks says?

I have "discovered" a new workaround instead of getting addons. Recently one of my friends was flying out of BLR, but the card network was down, they were asking all to use the DreamFolks WebAccess and use that to add card and generate QR and then were giving access. No name verification or physical card was needed either. I tried this method for my gf at MAA as well even when card machines were working, and they accept the QR.

This is a good way to use lounge access without physical card and without name matching in Indian lounges. Works in both DOM & INTL terminals (verified).

Any ideas on this?

I tried to generate QR code and enter the BLR 080 Domestic Lounge Terminal 1 (Someone else was using on my behalf) but they denied to enter and asked who is the holder of the card and the person has to be present even through DreamFolks QR code.

Is this happening only in BLR lounge or everywhere else?

Recently my family members accessed in Chennai Intl lounges using QR.

Excellent. This will prevent misuse and sale. All lounges should STRICTLY follow this.

I guess the lounges have caught up with the work around. Soon all will start to check I guess.

Also can we generated 2 QR codes for 2 guests using Magnus via dreamfolks?

All cards maynot be tied up with Dreamfolks. Some card would have tie up with other lounge providers like
  • DragonPass
  • PriorityPass
  • LoungeKey
  • DreamFolks
  • Amex Centurion
  • LoungeBuddy
  • Flio
  • Faye
  • Diners Club International
  • Airline-specific lounges

Smarter people will always find a way through
These days, lounges are enforcing strict rules due to the high demand for lounge access. Banks have mandated these rules for lounges to follow.

However, there are instances where a person may be allowed to enter the lounge without the cardholder present. This is at the discretion of the lounge staff and may vary from person to person. Alternatively, if the person is a family member or a trusted individual, you may share your login details with them.

Login details for deramfolks is what you mean? How would that help the add on holder of the QR code if the card holder is not present? The card once listed on dreamfolks doesn't have the cardholders name?

Iv never used dreamfolks hence these questions.
