Dubai Arrival Lounge?

I am planning to Ahmedabad to Dubai. I am reaching there at 9 AM and my meeting is around 4 pm.

Is there any lounge where I can stay after my arrival at Dubai airport?
If yes can I stay there multiple times swipe? I have Dreamfolk with unlimited access to the international lounge.

I did my research. No arrival lounge at Dubai. Only Departure.

Marhaba lounge on terminal 1 days prior to immigration. Left to arrival level. Is that not accessible on arrival?

Their Patio Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 3 Concourse A

Though my arrival is at terminal 1. May not be useful, if it's too far.
