Hello everyone,while returning back from Malaysia to Chennai during the immigration check my mother was stopped for a while stating that her passport stamp OVERLAPPED
actually we missed our first flight from Malaysia to Bhubaneswar so we boarded another flight to Chennai so the stamp rewrite was not done properly and concerned officer did not mention date of stamp cancellation
My mother holds ECR-Passport
She was asked normal questions and sent back again.
We were group of 10 members but no one was stopped except my mother ( we all are non-ecr)
Can someone tell me the exact reason?
Or is this the same case for every ECR-Passport holder?
