Edgerewards points to Club Vistara points transfer failure!

So, I had transferred my edgerewards points to Club Vistara points using traveledge website on Saturday but on Monday evening I got mail and msg that my points transfer has been failed and my points were refund to edgerewards points. Do anyone knows why they have cancelled transfer? Any solution?

It's interesting, but I think you should call customer care or send mail to premium.experience@axisbank.com. Even I would like to know what's up.

There's the failures due to their systems which every now and then might happen.
The second failure is that your name in Axis Bank and Vistara do not match.
