If you are Gold, getting platinum is easy. Just renew the accor plus membership and you get 20 status night as bonus. If you already have 10, then it takes total to 30 and gives you platinum

I am Accor Plus gold and my wife is Accor Plus silver
the room price on mine is 45000 for 6 nights in Hong Kong and on hers it is only 40000 for the same 6 nights in the same hotel in Hong Kong.

This should not happen. Please see in some apps rates are exclusive of taxes and in others inclusive of taxes
I am platinum and always gets rates inclusive of all taxes but my son is gold and is getting rates exclusive of taxes
