I tried mailing PNO asking for MCC codes for all transactions in last statement.

PNO's response:
As per your concern, we regret to inform you that we are unable to share the statement along with mcc codes as per Bank’s internal norms. We request you to refer monthly credit card statement for reward points earned.

Try contacting customer care for MCC code. Then ask customer care whether that MCC will give ER points.

If it’s not wallet load , you will get the ER points

Just wait for a week , you should get the base ER

Hello! Did you get to use the offer sunset on a yatch on your Privilege card? If yes then how? I too have the same offer but the customer care executives have no idea how I should avail this. I tried everything from calls to website but nothing seems to be working.
