Facing problem while redeeming HDFC debit card cashback points.

Do anyone face problem while redeeming HDFC cashback points? I've trying to redeem Cashback points but it gives me error.

I didn't get my points yet, i paid through Mobikwik using HDFC platinum dr card on 3rd Apr. Will check again later.

Edit: Have just checked, received the points for transaction on 3rd Apr.

I think point credit take some time like 1 to 3 working days as per my experience.

I've observed that too. Points for my BoB CC payment has not been accounted for. It's been 5 days. Maybe I'll wait a bit and see.
