Federal Bank CC Delivery Inquiry

Hello everyone!

I'm holding a federal bank savings account from last one year, and the branch is not in my district. There isn't any branch available in my district.

Now tried applying Federal CC on 25th Dec and instantly Celesta card with 4.2L limit got issued without showing any error like pincode not serviceable/technical error/KYC issue or anything.

Virtual card started showing immediately on my app.

But I'm unsure if it's a serviceable area or not as there is not any branch present near me.

Will I get the physical card delivery as there's no dispatch update after that day? It's already 4th day

welcome aboard! they don't seem to enforce serviceable area.. last time many people applied for celesta when they made it LTF. Enjoy the spending 🙂
note: it took me few weeks before I got the card.. first they sent to Mumbai and later once it returned to bank, they sent by speed post. So have patience

Now the usual question. What was your average balance for last 1 year? What's your account variant? Applied as salaried or self-employed?

be grateful that you got the card. yesterday i tried applying for celesta but got pincode not serviceable error

I waited 3 weeks as first week I did not get any update on card delivery.. later on escalation they shared the tracking code but it was sent to wrong city. So another week to get the card on correct address.

In my case I got a SMS that the delivery of my card is delayed due to technical reasons. 🙂 don’t know what will happen
