Finally after 2 years of efforts, 8 unsuccessful applications every 3 months, 5 unsuccessful RBI Ombudsman level complaints, I got past initial approval stage and completed vkyc.

Got option for celesta MasterCard and signet MasterCard. Selected celesta.

This was longest and worst kyc experience so far. First agents speaker was not working.

Then another person rejected kyc saying income not matching after asking almost the whole application once again. In application it asked annual income, which I wrote as per ITR including all sources of annual gross income. In kyc, they asked monthly income, so that I told as per what I get credited in bank account, which was a lot less than what u would get by dividing the gross income. I tried explaining her, but she didn't agree and declined and asked to call customer care to update income information.

Then I called again and this time I told gross annual income divide by 12 value only and then he accepted that. Not to mention I had to tell him again about whole application data.

Hopefully will get the card this time😅.

Update -
On next day, got sms saying vkyc request is declined as per policy guidelines.

Sent email for asking to check and resolve the issue. Didn't get any response yet, but today I tried again and it allowed doing vkyc again for same application without filling any details and experion enquiry. Let's see if this time it gets approved or not.

Got sms for vkyc successful and email with card approval. Able to see card details in federal mobile app after video OTP verification 😅. First time seeing a video OTP😂. Hopefully card will be delivered in a week.

Now talking about offers - there is 600 Amazon pay on 10K spends in 30 days. 10x points upto 500 on first transaction within 10 days. And there was one for Swiggy voucher too I saw it mentioned during application stage, but not able to find details anywhere now. Any idea on what is the terms for this Swiggy voucher?

I do see op mentioned some quarterly voucher in first post, but it seems to be discontinued now, as I don't see any mention in official website.

Also, from mitc looks like, wallet, nps, tax, rent are excluded from rewards. But utility, education are still there.

What about Swiggy voucher? Is it for card activation? I see one guy posted getting 250 Swiggy voucher post 3 months or so. Got a call today also telling about the card details and offers. He also didn't know about this offer.

He also told that u will get LTF virtual rupay card after physical card delivery that can be activated from app.
