Federal Credit Card Amount Debited but Order Not Placed on Flipkart

I was ordering a product worth 63.5K on Flipkart with Federal Bank Credit Card EMI, and the moment I entered the OTP and hit the confirm button, it got stuck there and it threw me back to the payment method page again after a minute but the amount got debited from my card instantly. Flipkart is showing the order as Not Placed and contact the bank if amount debited.

The amount got debited on 20th Dec at 11 AM and still it's not reversed. What should I do?

Same thing happened to me on 20th. Spoke with both Flipkart and Federal bank customer care. Flipkart says they haven't received the amount and Federal bank says the transaction is successful. Not sure whom to followup with next.
Now looks like they're doing this silently to a lot of people and running something fishy! Please tweet to them and also drop a mail to their credit card related mail id. I have also done the both and also raised a dispute request on a call with their shitty representative

So it clearly looks like this happened with multiple people. Give it 3 business days and then escalate it to federal bank grievance officer. If they doesn't bear fruit then Rbi ombudsman is the way. I'll wait till end of tomorrow.

But it'll take 30 days to approach RBI if I'm not wrong. Please keep everything updated here. Very much tensed

Not necessary. You only need a ticket/service request number. You can say you've received unsatisfactory response and do away with 30 days wait
Actually it is mandatory or else your complaint won't even be reviewed by the RBIO.
That's perfect then. Taking a chill pill now and waiting
Don't raise any complaints to the RBIO until 30 days have passed since your first interaction with the bank about the matter.

You can refer the below post for a similar incident where the complaint was raised before 30 days were completed and was closed right away without any action -
