Federal Credit Card Amount Debited but Order Not Placed on Flipkart

I was ordering a product worth 63.5K on Flipkart with Federal Bank Credit Card EMI, and the moment I entered the OTP and hit the confirm button, it got stuck there and it threw me back to the payment method page again after a minute but the amount got debited from my card instantly. Flipkart is showing the order as Not Placed and contact the bank if amount debited.

The amount got debited on 20th Dec at 11 AM and still it's not reversed. What should I do?

Raise a dispute if you haven't yet. Some of my txns are yet to get reversed. Wait a few more days if you've already raised the dispute.
I already complained to the customer care
And then one day they called and asked for the alternate payment screenshot that i made
Then they said to wait for 45 days
How to confirm my dispute is successfully raised or not ?

Don't rely on a call, drop a mail to their customer care asking reference number and dispute status. This email conversation will work as a proof of communication if RBI escalation is required in the future

Flipkart is saying that they've not even received the payment, hence it's showing as "Order not placed, please contact your bank if any amount is deducted"
It doesn't matter if the order is placed or not. There should always a transaction number. You are not alone. I saw various posts like this and they said flipkart executives didn't share transaction id or any reference number.
Looks like I'm stuck in between a very rare incident where the bank itself isn't accepting their fault and trying to keep the amount blocked! They're saying that EMI can only be cancelled within 7 days or else foreclosure charges will be there
The fault is from Flipkart side. If flipkart didn't receive any money, they can clearly issue a receipt where the transaction declined with error code xxx.

I know buddy! There's a latest post where a person didn't get 56K INR around refund from Flipkart from last 3 months. This MF Flipkart should be penalized by any central entity
