I applied for the Neu Infinity card 2 weeks back, after VKYC, card got approved today. Got an email that card is approved with initial limit of Rs 5000.
It is FYF with fee waiver on 3L annual spend. I have not activated it. Wrote a mail to HDFC asking if they can convert it to LTF. Waiting for their response.

The only other HDFC card that I have is Swiggy HDFC. That too is paid. (500 + 500). I had asked many times if they can convert that also to LTF, but they didn't.

Has anyone got Tata neu cards as LTF via Tata neu app ? On hdfc portal, I always get a message that I have recently applied for an hdfc card so they cannot proceed with my application.

So was wondering if by chance Tata neu app provides these cards as LTF ?
 
Course of action if the application approved during this festive period but HDFC CC team replied to email is saying only FYF, not LTF? @helloworld

1. reply to that mail and share the sceenshot, use any ai chat tool for format in simple and escalate.

btw, now hdfc website clearly mentioned card is ltf, use that website screenshot too.

2. If denied, escalate with same template to next level department.

3. if denied, next level. In 30 days it will definitely LTF, dont worry.

problem and reason for this much escalation is customer support not aware about current offer available in their website, which we have to explain to them. Once they aware, it will be done.

representative assigned to our request, come and go person and think that they do not update latest offers and features like us. so patience.

I wrote first mail to customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com, and tataneucardsupport@hdfcbank.com.

They denied and told they cannot convert it to LTF.

I have written to next level now: grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com, and priorityredressal.creditcards@hdfcbank.com

If they still deny, I am planning to write an even more stronger mail to pnohdfcbank@hdfcbank.com

Like you told, not giving up.
