I did the same for Swiggy card but they rejected

HDFC clearly mentioned that no conversation for existing cards.
LTF applicable only for new cards.
Swiggy you can apply via Swiggy app.
Tata New only HDFC website. Tata Neu only FYF.

Got confirmation from customer service that currently it is not possible to get Infinity as a floater card. Hard luck!

I checked with my contact in Bank.

He said HDFC changed its policy 3-4 months back, and is now only issuing 2 cards max.
He clearly said its not possible to have two or more floater cards as before.

Still waiting for response from grievance team.

In my experience with HDFC Bank, I've often found that their RM's knowledge about their products and services is as good as my three year old nephew's knowledge about differential calculus.

Recently a lady from HDFC called me and said TATA NEU card Life Time Free. I asked whether FYF or what, and then she told me it is a completely free lifetime. I asked her for the TATA NEU Infinity, completing the process she said I am only eligible for TATA NEU PLUS. I had no other choice. I got the card 2 days back but didn't activate it yet.

It is still showing `INPROCESS`, a guy called me to ask whether he can see me in the office, I told we are remote employees & there's nobody in the office I know that knows me whom can confirm you, he said OK & end the call. I again called him & asked whether he need my ID card as proof, he said someone from HDFC will again contact me, it's been more than 3 days , I have not received any email/sms regarding this. Any clue ?

This is why I say HDFC is sh!#. They give Neu infinity card, then ask to complete rewards league and then when we start using the card, they f$#%king block it. Horrible, sh!##y and unprofessional.

Tata Neu Infinity - Through Neu app (if I remember correctly), Early Oct 2024.
Yes I know these are not applied through direct bank links, so chances of getting LTF is very low.
I might be able to meet the spend waiver limits (2L + 3L per year), but trying if they make it LTF then well and good.

For Swiggy chances are slim, but since Tata Neu is applied in the offer period (oct to dec). So no harm in escalating to PNO to make it LTF. Hopefully the response will be in your favour.
