If u have the screenshot u can fight with them and lodge a complaint with RBI ombudsman.
Now they are very reluctant in issuing new cards to existing customers

All these who have existing credit cards of hdfc will not get the LTF offer for tata neu infinity or swiggy if u apply through hdfc website. Apply through tata neu app or swiggy app if it shows LTF offer there. Those like me who have applied in the month of October prior to the introduction of these changes and having the screenshot of the LTF offer can fight with hdfc for getting tata neu infinity or swiggy as LTF even though holding existing credit cards

They will give you link...based on your cibil and profile it will show you fees but as per current offer most of people are getting LTF

Have Infinia, Amex Platinum Charge and SC Ultimate. With all good limits and CIBIL 803. What can be reason?

Even I had applied through an agent's link...after verification it showed LTF infinity and hdfc rejected it saying existing customer
